ENTITLEMENTS
- Delegate registration: admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches, and access to the exhibition area.
- Student registration: admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches, and access to the exhibition area.
- Accompanying person: admission to the networking dinner and welcome reception only, no access to scientific sessions
- Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via the registration website
- Special Session Chairs have discounted registration fees.
PAYMENT & CANCELATION CONDITION
Payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted.
Written cancellation must be forwarded to the CMBBE Symposium Secretariat (info@cmbbe-symposium.com).
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations received until 30 May 2025 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €50.
From 31 May 2025, registration fees are non-refundable.
Tickets for the conference dinner are non-refundable.
