- Accompanying person: admission to the networking dinner and welcome reception only, no access to scientific sessions

- Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via the registration website.
- Special Session Chairs have discounted registration fees.
INVITATION LETTER
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the symposium secretariat at info@cmbbe-symposium.com
Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference.
All requests will be considered individually.
PAYMENT & CANCELATION CONDITION
Payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and bank transfer are accepted for registration.
Written cancellation must be forwarded to the CMBBE Symposium Secretariat (info@cmbbe-symposium.com).
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations received until 14 February 2023 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €50.
From 15 February 2023, registration fees are non-refundable.
